CALL ME IZZY is about a woman who is a survivor, and who finds strength through her own words as well as the words of others. For that reason, we've created IZZY'S PROJECT, an initiative to raise awareness around domestic abuse and survival, and promote empowerment through literature. As part of IZZY'S PROJECT, we'll host post-show conversations with company members, expert organizations, and more.

The theatre and the library: these are the best places to rejoice in reflections of our lives as well as the lives of others. Banning, censoring, and barricading books and plays doesn’t just eradicate people’s stories - it makes a statement that their lives are less important. Our cultural spaces should celebrate the joy of all people by including Black joy, the joy of Indigenous people and people of color, the joy of LGBTQIA+ people, Latine joy and Asian joy, Muslim joy and Jewish joy, disabled joy, immigrant joy, and the joy of children and young people. Founded in 2022, No Book Bans supports access to art that reminds us all of our own power and that opens our eyes to a bigger world.
NO BOOK BANS.
NO THEATRE BANS.
